Pete:

I'm also so sorry to hear about the loss of your furry family member. I have a 14 year old rat terrier that I adopted at 8 weeks. I can't imagine what life will be without him and so saddened that you are experiencing that loss. He's getting on in years and it's times like these that remind me how short their lives are and that they do so much to enrich ours.

I'm so, so sorry for your loss. I know only too well what you are going threw. My prayers are with you and your family. It's truly amazing the joy and happiness our pets bring us. They become part of the family. Remember the good times you had with Arvie and keep your heart and home open for your next little friend. I know Arvie can never be replaced but you will find another friend to share your home with and he or she will bring you and your family joy and happiness in a different way. All pets are unique in their own way same as us humans.

To All,
I woke up this afternoon to ready myself for my night shift. I am overwhelmed by the many posts of support from my Audioaficionado friends. Thank you to all for posting, to help me and my family through this tough time. We may get another pet at some time, but for now my wife says "enough". I really appreciate everyone's kind words. You've helped me more than you know. Pete
