Neil,

In my comparison between the BDP2 and DS GT a couple of things were immediately apparent:

1) much more bass information-both impact and articulation
2) a more palpable 3-dimensional soundstage
3) an airier presentation

The DS GT is new and has less than 10 hours on it. I did switch from a Wireworld Platinum BNC cable to a Wireworld Platinum USB cable(Antipodes literature states they prefer a USB connection). I don't know if my Jeff Rowland DAC sounds better through the USB connection, the DS GT is just so much better, or a combination of both? All I can do is try to articulate what I hear. The only downside to the DS GT is it looks plain.
