Lately I've been buying mostly new vinyl. Nothing like fresh grooves. It seems that most of the used stuff I've bought in the past is really noisy. I can't imagine what it was played on previously. I've got many lps that I bought new in the 70s and 80s that still sound great. It pays to care of your record collection and play it on decent gear. Looks like you've got a terrific vinyl setup and it must sound wonderful in your audio room. Nice tree and room, enjoy, Merry Christmas!

Thanks! My parents always has a village and train underneath the tree and we've carried on the tradition. The train is an LGB 'Big Train' that has survived two very active boys, the ultimate long term ruggedness test.
