---Ha! I had chicken breasts filled with black forest ham and melted swiss cheese, and two baked potatoes with butter and sour cream, and asparagus (last night meal). ...And two glasses of wine.

We're in Orlando on vacation and after a day at one of the local water parks, we called my sister-in-law who lives here and asked what they were doing for dinner. She wanted to take us out for dinner to a place called Bahama Breeze. The waitress recommended a dish of Lobster and Shrimp Linguine. It was covered with a Behamian cream sauce with spices and shitake mushrooms. This was one of the best dishes I've had in my life. Loaded with nice size chunks of lobster and shrimp. Just outstanding.

Rainy & somewhat chilly weather & so appropriately using a German Recipe my neighbors gave me when living in a small town outside Stuttgart:

Goulash soup w/fresh Sourdough bread.

Just by responding to this thread, my mouth is watering already.

Best

Bob

Gail and I are professional lobster eaters. We eat every last appendage and suck out every last bit of meat. We each had a 3 1/2 pound steamed lobster, garlic string beans and sour cream and chive topped baked potatoes. It was a food orgy, and of course, we had a RED wine, a Pinot Noir because we like red better than white regardless of the entre! I had a female lobster because I like the roe, Gail likes the males because she likes the innards of the lobster to be neat and clean! We have a fish monger who is very accommodating. I hope we didn't take a mating pair out of circulation!

Some choice rib eyes that are wonderfully thick and beautifully marbled - grilled with gorgeous sear marks.

Grilled corn on the cob to golden brown goodness.

Home made baked mac & cheese.

Fresh salad with home grown kale, spinach, carrots, cucumber, red onion, green bell pepper - all blended with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Still warm from the market sourdough loaf drizzled with garlic browned and drowned in butter.

All washed down with a fine CA Cab.
