Over the years, I've sent (3) Lyra carts back to Lyra, (here in the states, Audioquest handled the actual transaction). These took exactly 6 weeks from the day I sent them to the day I got them back.
IMHO, Lyra is one of the best companies out there. Jonathan Carr is an amazing designer and a wonderful guy. If need be, he can get involved. |

When I sent my Delos back to have checked out, Jonathan returned it back to me within 8 weeks. He re-adjusted everything and sent me back a "bench queen", not sure I will ever use another cartridge with the kind of customer service they give.
Shout out also to Alasdair @ Audioquest also for great USA Lyra customer service. |
