Red Bull Racing breaks 35-year old record for consecutive F1 GP wins
Today Red Bull Racing, by winning the Hungarian Grand Prix, set a new F1 all-time record of 12 consecutive F1 GP victories by a single team, breaking the 35-year old record of 11 victories set by McLaren in 1988.
It was also nice to see Checo back on the podium. While he's taken a fair bit of flak for recent qualifying performances, the data (and, with respect to the overall Championship points standing, the data is the only thing that actually matters) shows he's comfortably in 2nd place in the World Driver's Championship standing with a 32-point lead over the 3rd place driver, Fernando Alonso.
