To bring things full circle, I really like the look of the Toy Towers.

Me too. Certainly not nearly as gorgeous nor luxurious as the higher-up models, but they definitely grow on you, specially once you see them in person. They are perfect for the type of room I have. No photo I have seen does this little black leather-clad marvel true justice. My favorite finish is still the original "barred leather". I certainly prefer the Toy Towers to the Liutos (look-wise only, of course... I did not audition the Liutos long enough to formulate an opinion of their sound).

Metaphacts, if I am not mistaken you work for Sumiko. As somebody who has access to, and experience with, the entire Sonus line-up, I was wondering if wouldn't mind sharing your thoughts on the Toy series, specially the Towers? They don't seem to get much coverage nor love around here. Just curious to see what you and everybody else here thinks of them...
