Default New Jethro Tull Releases

I just got an email from one of my music outlets ( CD Universe ) and the were offering Jethro Tull "Heavy Horses" in the "New Shoe Edition". Does anybody know what that means? I know Steve Wilson was redoing some of the catalog, but I'm not familiar with this edition. Thanks, Jack

New Shoe Edition is a play on words for Heavy Horses alone. This release is part of the latest Steve Wilson remaster series with CD and DVD. 40th anniversary I believe...I have several before this and now this one on preorder,...they all sound great and I would recommend them highly.

Good to know, I never turned Tull off when they came on the radio, but never owned any material.

Now I can’t stop listening, and Wilson made these albums sound killer.

Anderson and Co are coming to Seattle in June, outdoor small venue - can’t wait!

Great lyrics...

The bloody Church of England

In chains of history

Requests your earthly presence at

The vicarage for tea

Ordered it on Monday, but it won't be released until Friday. Haven't ordered any new Tull in ages, if you can call that new.

When Wilson did the Yes reissues they where on BluRay discs. Are the Tull reissues in the same format?

Only the initial big box set of Aqualung featured a blu-ray. These sets are DVD only, unfortunately. Still, these sets are great value for money.
