Default Zion National Park Technical Canyoneering Trip

I post this in early Dec in another thread. I would rather that it has it's own. I'll put out an open invitation to people of this forum. If you want to do some technical canyoneering in Zion National Park between the months of late Jun to mid Sep of 2013 let me know. It is easier for out of towners to stay there, you can rent gear, stay at a motel, take some courses, etc. PM me for more details, schedule, sign-up. You will see places most people never dreamed about. Right now I'm looking at 18-21 Jul. I did have one taker, hopefully some more can join in. I usually get permits for up to 6 people, which is just about right. As is right now I have 5 people I believe, I could bump the permit up to 8 also. You will have a blast!

Zion, as well as the entire state of Utah is beautiful. I've always wanted to do the Narrows but I'm either there when its too cold or with my Dad, (he lives in Leeds), who's doesn't want to get that wet . Don't get me wrong ... he loves to hike but when it comes to deep water or at he edge type heights I'm usually solo. The last trip, Dad stayed behind as I did the last leg to Angel's Landing. Your going to have an awesome time John. I'm already jealous. Need photos.

Way Cool!

I took my family to Zion when my boys were smaller - we didn't have a chance to go up the Narrows, but it beckoned for a later trip.

I could not believe how BLUE the sky was.

I swear - this pic is 'as is' for color:
