I'll bet that new REF 150 and whatever the 210 and 610 (my dream amps!) become will be incredible...
I think the 610 T is discontinued already and the 700 / 710 T will be shown very soon.

Thankyou for the welcome.

I also have Thiel speakers (3.6). Once I get my post count up I'll detail my kit in my signature.

I also just ordered K-120s today for my Ref 110 from ARC, I will let you know what I think as well.

I'm currently working away all week at the other end of the country (Carlisle), and i found out yesterday that my k120's had arrived at home and are waiting for me to plug them in!

As you can imagine I'm now searching for any excuse to be home sooner than Saturday!

With that said, I heard the REF210 (with the new tubes) with the Sasha's and it was awesome. I was very surprised how good the sound was. For me, I thought this combo sounded the best and I have heard the Sasha's with VTL, Lamm and Boulder.

I did not hear the Sasha's directly with the REF 110 (Sophia III)i, so I can't comment on the sound. But I would be careful and make sure the 110s have the juice to drive the Sasha's given their impedeance dip.
Update-

I recently heard the REF 110 with the Sasha's and it sounded very nice, although when you start listening at fairly loud levels (which I tend to do) it does run out of steam and you start to experience some congestion down below and in the upper octaves.

Just my 2cents.

I've fitted the new tung sol kt120s and have had a few hours listening. It's definitely like an amp upgrade, theres a bit more weight and solidity to the soundstage. Overall well worth the cost of 8 tubes.

I've got a bunch of photos but don't know if I can post them up here?

crimsondonkey...if you were to replace the Kt-120s with the original 6550s, does the buzz go away? also, you may want to run it by ARC's tech support and see what they say.
