I am really looking forward to hearing the new Q speakers. .I have also been a fan of the Focal line but when I was able to listen to the Maestros with Jerry in Singapore I was underwhelmed but that could have been due to the GamuT amplification. Also I had just spent time listening to the MBL and YG/Pass systems.

I am still trying to figure out if and when I should pop for the 111e MkII's. I really don't want to move my gear to a larger room.
the room you have now from the picture looks pretty nice It looks rather large too, or is that a wide angle lens faux pa.

thanks for the pictures !!

My current 2-channl room is only 19X14. I also had to place my speakers on a long wall due to the ceiling height which goes from 8' to over 9' half way thru the room. This height change causes bass issues when the speakers were on the narrow wall. Fortunately for me the MBL's are omni-directional in the mids and highs to near field listening is a stength. I do not have to worry about tweeter issues a close range.

The room was very large. Wide - yes; deep - not really.
