YouTube just put the final nail in the Loudness War’s coffin

Good article and some commentary about loudness wars and how YouTube has done some proactive measures to facilitate better fidelity.

Good clip.

Now I just need a good workflow to put my vinyl as video on YouTube.

Who listens to Youtube for music quality in the first place? I just play it thru a laptops speakers.

  • Youtube is the no.1 music sharing and discovery site.
  • Many tracks and albums not found on paid streaming services are found on YouTube.
  • There are many Vinyl rips/vidoes of albums/singles found only on YouTube.

Here is an excllent example why tube lovers should check out YouTube.

Now there is 8 minutes of one of my life listening to a portion of one of my favorite Santana tracks that I will never get back.
