Jeff Day was mentioned it would be ok to go with anything more than 5 watt.

with my single MC275 I can not turn anymore than 8 to 9 o'clock position (MAX).

Paul, if you want to try Shindo, start with a preamplifier. It will kill your 2300 in a few seconds....

Paul,

Shindo preamplifiers work with a wide range of power amps. I would say that 90 % of the Shindo bliss in electronics is in the preamp. Best way to start with Shindo is then at the preamplifier level. McIntosh preamps, even at the level of the C1000 are imho very far from the sound of a Shindo preamplifier.
If you can try one side by side with the 2300, you will be very surprised....

Interesting...Jerome. However I do trust your ears so I will try them. Jerome did you have a chance to hear the Allnic products ? I'm interest in them too.
