I was a little disappointed they didn't bring it up to its maximum speed (261 mph) like Top Gear did with the Veyron (254 mph IIRC) several years ago.
It's interesting that the additional 500 HP over the Veyron only gave it 7 more mph. I guess air resistance and 1/2mv^2 really takes its toll at that speed. Last edited by GaryProtein; 07-21-2017 at 03:01 PM.

The Chiron is definitely an eye turner. I am not very fond of the back-end, but I guess
all the heat from the engine, plus the exhaust must require way too much heat to dissipate. Was I the only one raising an eye with Chris Harris doing a one-hand and checking this speed while speeding at 350km/h? It must be a 'cheeky' video editing for sure.
