Alberto, I had, and sold a Digilux 2 and sold it to buy a Digilux 3 - Gosh, I wish I had the "2" back - the "3' is like using a brick to take pictures - and the "2" took better pix as well. Sold the "3" and now I'm limping along with a Nikon D300. You are absolutely right about Leica being the absolute best. :sorry-3:

Great pic Alberto. I`ve always liked the Leica. It`s a first class camera.

I'm really glad someone started this thread up again. Click on the thumbnail to make the picture bigger - - - Which brings up a question - how does one post larger pictures, such as the one posted by JDandy and Alberto a couple of posts above this one?

I've tried to post bigger pictures but they always appear as thumbnails.

Julian

Will someone please tell us how to post larger pictures? My tired, really old, eyes have a hard time, squinting to see the tiny thumbnails.

Many thanks,
Julian

Julian.......You will need to join a photo hosting site. I use Photobucket. It is free, and easy. Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket . Once you have your Photobucket account set up, you can upload photos from your computer to Photobucket. Then copy the direct link for the photo that appears under the photo when you mouse over it, left click to highlight the direct link, then right click, and then left click on copy. Back in your AA post, click on the yellow icon with the mountain, paste the direct link you copied from Photobucket into the box that appears when you clicked the yellow mountain icon, click OK, and click preview on your post to see if your photo appears. It should.

Here is your photo enlarged.
