Default How do you organize/remember streaming albums?

I tried to use the cloud version but gave up some functionality and I quickly asked them to revert back. That was awhile ago and I don’t remember what the lost functionality was.

CollectorZ can do an awesome job giving you your library at your finger tips if you put in the time.

I just wish it was a little more automatic and didn’t require quite so much effort to get things Loaded.

Got it! Thanks for the information! After reading what collector does, I can see someone using it to manage a large analog collection. In my particular case, having already digitized my analog albums and tapes, Roon does the cataloguing and playing for me.
PS. I created a Tag within Roon to identify all my digitized tapes. So I can, for example, tell Roon to play all my Led Zepoelin Tapes and it will do that. Very powerful music data management as long as it is digitized!

BTW, you CAN catalog different versions of a recording with Roon. I can do a search for all my (digitized) Tape or LP recordings, or SACD recordings, or High Resolution recording, or a recording for any given year by an artist, etc. And the beauty of Roon is that if you create bookmarks of a particular search, the bookmark is updated into the future whenever you add an album that meets the criteria.

Yup - fully aware of what I can do with Roon, and use the features for my digital music - but I'm not digitizing 1500 albums just so I can use Roon to catalog them, especially since I still enjoy playing vinyl.

I use the Mac and iOS apps, but sync to the cloud just so I don't have to manually sync the Mac to my iPad and phone.
It is a bit clunky to add albums, but worth the effort for me.

As Antonmb pointed out, CollectorZ is a a cataloguing software which is different that what the OP is looking for.

Back to the question from the OP: Roon can do ALL the tasks that you want to do.

Well, that's not entirely true, a nice app that can catalogue in some order the streaming albums would serve my purpose. The DCS Mosaic app only has standard playlist and favorites, so a separate app would only be 1 tap away, then I can do a quick search with Mosaic to find the album which would be faster than scrolling through 50 albums and their song list. I played around with collectorZ and it has a nice interface and looks like it would serve my purpose as long as I tagged everything correctly.

If are ok using two apps and don't mind spending time (possibly lots of time) tagging everything correctly then you have your solution! Go for it!
Just keep in mind that it is not the best solution nor the most efficient one.
