Ktema
Franco Serblin's new loudspeaker - Ktema.
For those that aren't familiar with Franco Serblin, he was the mastermind behind Sonus Faber before he retired. His numerous work include, but not limited to, the Minima, Electa Amator, Extrema, Guarneri Homage, and of course, the Stradivari Homage. Now, we can include the brand new Ktema to his brilliant work. It's produced in limited quantity, so hurry before it runs out Ktêma |

Those look very interesting. At 92db I could match them up with some of the Esoteric amps and have super system.

A little bit Sonus (Stradivari heritage - the way the units mounted in front baffle) & String cover, A little bit of Krell (top and bottom Aluminum end caps). I am sure the pricing is also either about that or more .....
But coming from Franco, got to be something special ..... !!! |

The price seems to be special.... about 30.000 EURO...
Is that truth? Last edited by Milimetr; 06-11-2010 at 05:25 PM. |

Isn't this inspiring?
30k Euro .... If this is indeed the calling price, its not that far off the Sonus Stradivari, Acapella High Violon MkIV, Wilson Maxx 3, Magico Q5 & of course our fave Tannoy Westminster Royal SE ...... Tough category to compete in. So many choices. |

I wonder if it'll be sold under the Sonus Faber brand.
