Default In-Ear Headphone Advice

Hello All,

I was hoping the more educated would be able to help me pick out a pair of moderately priced in-ear earphones. I choose in-ear instead of over-ear because these will be used at while at work. I work mostly in front of a computer so I can listen to music, but I have to be able to hear my several bosses' calling throughout the day.

I'm hoping to spend $200 or less on these. Obviously, I would appreciate them to sound nice but I would also appreciate them to be comfortable as I will be wearing them for hours at a time. Another major factor will have to be that they actually stay in my ear (comfortably) without constantly falling out. I noticed the new B&W in-ear's have an adjustable strap and have gotten some seemingly favorable reviews. I like their price point as well.

Please feel free to chime in about the aforementioned pair or any others.

Thank you!

not, $200 but are the BEST In Ear Monitors I've ever used. Sony MDR-EX1000. Check out my unboxing video. They disappear in your ears in terms of fit and sound.

For in-ear headphones to sound best the tips need to form a seal. This will significantly reduce ambient noise from entering. The great thing is that you don't need to turn up the volume to drown out the background noise. The noise isolation combined with music could make it difficult to hear anyone vocally calling out. If they are calling by phone then have the volume up, and if there is a light that will help.

I sit next to the inside sales team and use in-ear monitors to isolate the continuous talking, and when people come up behind me there are instances where I don't hear them. I use Eytomtic ER4S or UE11.
