When I read a story about this yesterday, including a handful of Q&A's with the buyers of the street, I laughed very hard.
It's a great story of how this debacle transpired. The idea to charge them to park on their street really cracks me up. And the threat to allow other people, outside the neighborhood, to park on the street is so devious yet hysterical. What a situation to be in...
