First tweak in the listening position, then if you are not happy with your Mammoths then start looking elsewhere. One other suggestion that several others here will agree with, try and go with one manufacturer for your interconnects and speaker cable. You should find some synergy going with one company rather than piecemeal it. It may take time but you will be happier.

Thanks Jim for the advice.

I currently run two pair of MIT S3 shotgun IC's with about 400 hours on them. They connect my Musical Fidelity A5 CDP to my Anthem PRE2L pre-amp and then to my Belles 350a. I hope I am on the "right" track
