This is the P226 X-Five Lightweight. 9mm, lightweight hard coat anodize aluminum alloy beavertail frame w/ Picatinny rail, stainless slide, 5 inch barrel, low profile integrated adjustable competition sights, 19 round magazine, 2.2-3.5 pound trigger pull, custom wood grips. Sigs, one of the best... I have a 228 with nickel slide and a 245 (45 compact no longer made iirc) I've always wanted an older 220 45 looks like  and

Arthur.......I have been a Sig fan for a long time. My Sig P232 is the preferred carry weapon, or my Browning BDA380. I like them both using Federal hollow points.
Lately, I had been considering an Ed Brown Custom Executive Carry.45, but now I am seriously thinking about adding the Sig Sauer P226 X-Five Lightweight to my collection.

Arthur.......You are right, the older P220 is a well respected .45. The new Sig P220 Super Match is an awesome weapon, too. In .45ACP, it features the new short action return trigger, adjustable target sights, custom wood grips, and ships with the final test target it was sighted with. It is a very fine pistol. The Sig is very similar to the Browning BDA. Who knows, maybe even contracted with each other for manufacture.
