HRS to match Accuphase

I actually belive each custom made acrylic shelf will cost me about $500. That is much less than a PC used to power the equipment sitting on it. It also brings an improvement not otherwise possible with a simple PC swaping.

Anyway - I will keep you posted when I progress with the project.

Sure, wanna know the result. I always like acrylic platforms, but it has to be crystal clear one

By the way I was comparing between power connectors vs HRS/ FE, not PC vs DIY platform.
That is $80 vs $1800. And frankly I felt gold plated Oyaide 079 vs complex plated like 004 made so much different sound.
So much that putting Cd player on a carpet or on Finite Elemente didnt mean anything at all. That s from my experience.
I have played around with all Oyaide connectors and many Furutech' s , it s fun, you have to try.
