Joe,

Tomorrow I will have a more specific answer from the dealer. And even if I buy the CTH-8550, I post the photos here.

Best regards,
Ricardo Nonato.

One of the points I'm looking at darTZeel is its practicality. Not to mention that the phono pre that comes in it is excellent.

And then, I can upgrade and use pre and power darTZeel, but that would be after a few years.

Best regards,

Ricardo,
I've heard the CTH-8550 several times with the Evolution Acoustics MMMicro Twos, and it is one of the best five or six systems I've ever heard. Strong recommendation from me. I've heard the ARC gear, too, and while it is very good, I personally find it to be too much on the cool side of neutral for me.

To me the Dart CTH-8550 is quite a bit more musical sounding.

Ricardo,

I strongly agree with Stephen. Actually, he and I listened to the darTZeel - Evo Acoustics in last year's RMAF. Both of us felt this system combination was very musical and quite accurate.

Stephen and Mike,

thanks for the information. All these statements make me go the way of darTZeel.

I've heard the CTH-8550 sometimes and on different systems, and really liked what I heard with this integrated.

I like the ARC, but darTZeel seduce me.

Best Regards,
Ricardo Nonato.

Yeah, Dart is one of those few brands that could actually get me to move away from C-J with respect to ownership...
