What should I do with my DVDs after I ripped them?

Why don't you post your list of movies here and see if anyone wants them. Used DVD's are not worth a whole lot maybe $5. The local video Blockbuster sells them $5 for one and 3 for $10 so maybe for that price put them in a box and keep them unless you have no room.

... I wouldn't throw them away. They don't eat anything. Go back through the vinyl posts and see how many folks here wish they had kept their old vinyl. I'm not sure DVDs will be in that category. From the beginning some were saying analog sounded better than digital. No one is saying DVD is better than Blu-ray, but, then, your post is not about Blu-ray.

Dan is right. When, not if, that hard drive fails, if you toss out the backups, you have nothing.
