Sony wf-1000xm3, they sound decent and the noise cancellation works well. They're not sweat proof so I'm rolling the dice a bit. They're new therefore I cant say how they'll holdup long term , but I've used a lot of non workout specific IEMs for working out in the past and never had issues. They stay in reasonably well for weights and even on the treadmill. 20191222_200450.jpeg

I have Sure SE535 and SE846.
I use a Sony NW-ZX2 or Shanling M0 depending on the sport.

I've found that wireless ear buds work the best. I was constantly pulling the wired ones from my ears. The sound quality may have suffered some, but I am there to workout. These are my current favorite.
