Default 110V to 220V unit recommendations

Hi All,

I have a chance to buy an amp that I want. It comes in 220V and the seller cannot have it converted to 110.
What unit would you all recommend to convert 110V to 220V with clean power?
I don't think I have enough room in my boxes to run a new circuit.

Thanks,

Jeff

We use a lot of converters here in Saudi. Our old villa had 110 and 220 and our new one only has 220. They won't let us rewire the outlets so, we use 220 to 110 converters. Yokohama and Likewise make the best I've seen. They makes some that don't have plugs, you have to hard wire it. They are usually rated by watts not amps (500w, 1000w, etc...). I've never looked for converters like these in the states but I'm sure you can find them on the internet.

If it's a big power amp get the largest you can get imho. 5000w or 8000w.
