Default 2uberoller's reaction to the 501s

Well sports fan, we've all followed 2ube's to 501 or not to 501 saga. It has been, IMO, the biggest cliffhanger we've had in our young forum.

It finally looks like David has reached the point of no return (252 gone, 501s on the way.)

The big question is. What will he think of the upgrade. We hassled him to no end about it, I hope we did not set the expectations too high.

Vote on the survey with how you think David will react to the 501s which, no doubt, he would not have gotten if it wasn't for our pushy ways .

Alberto

I say he's going to love them. He will hear the same improved definition, and control as you discovered, as I discovered, and as so many others have testified to. He will love the MC501's. There will be pride of ownership, and joy in listening to them.

Alberto, he's going to have to get the meters past 1 watt or it's option 1, and Mrs. 2uberoller's going to ban him from AA.

I agree, and I hope we are both right . All I know is that I've had NO remorse whatsoever with my upgrade. If someone offered the reverse deal to me (252 + $3K for my 501s, I would not take it.) There's something special about monoblocks, the same way that there's something special about 12-cyl cars.
