Joey.......If you are seriously considering this deal, I suggest you visit the seller for an audition and inspection. Travel expenses and the time to do this will ensure you are making a good decision should you take the seller up on his offer.

It's definitely possible.

I didn't compare them to the B&W's in the same room. But I just heard the bookshelf KEFs next to the Liliums, and those sounded pretty good to me, with no brightness. So it's possibly just a room interaction with the Liliums. But they may also just be a bit bright.

Which isn't necessarily bad, depending on what you like, your room, etc.

For 27K, an ABSOLUTE NO-BRAINER, IMHO.

Joey,
If you take away the cost of the speaker and the selling price, would the Lillium still be on your list?

I'm going to listen to Lilium once more and decide if it's something I wanna keep on my radar. If not now then for next time

I think getting a new pair of speakers is like falling in love. If it doesn't feel right instinctively, then it's not meant to be.

Even if it may be considered to be a bargain.

(Wait. I think I lost the love analogy there at the end...)

Absolutely!

If you don't like the sound, move on, no matter how cheap. Flip side of the coin says to beg, borrow, or steal and buy the speakers you fall in love with. [emoji4]
