Chuck.......The Ruger Speed Six is a good compact pistol. I like that it packs some power being a .38 Special. We practice with full metal jacket reloads to keep the cost down, but when not at the range it is loaded with Federal +P hollow points. Marlene has no problem carrying, handling, or shooting this pistol. It is an excellent self defense weapon for the smaller female hand. I like shooting it, too. Doesn't kick like my Ruger .357 Mag or the Colt .45.

David.......I don't miss the Screamin' Eagle Deuce at all. I have had eight different motorcycles in my life over a forty year period of time. I rode my Triumph Bonneville solo from San Francisco, California to West Palm Beach, Florida in November 1968. I rode all over the US on my other bikes, and just reached the end of my interest in two wheel transportation, fortunately without any injuries. It was time to hang up my helmet. Now, I am all about comfortable leather seating, air conditioning, six channel audio, and cruise control. That's the way to go.
