No Shane.
If I hear it I will order it.
The P9 is fitted with the Denon 103 Expert Stylus Company cart and yesterday I got a fabulous session listening to Eric Bibb on it.
The P9 is on a wood board, which is on a Gingko platform, on the Atacama stand. To the A23 SUT ( standard version ) to the MM of the Giscours.
The sound filled my head completely. It was gorgeous.
Moreover the level of surface noise was near zero. Extremely silent vinyl playback.
Don't want to drill this head now !!

Ok you know what ?
If I get to this "retirement" thing, in about 25 years, I will get a Magnum if Verdier still builds it !
Waiting for that day, ( not in a hurry as you could guess ! ) I will still use the P9 or the future RP10....

Jerome,
Have you ever tried an idler wheel turntable? It's definitely on my list of things to try - either a Garrard 301/401 or one of the heavy platter Lencos? As we all know, the Garrard 301 is what Shindo uses as the basis for his system. A lot of people think that the Lenco competes with the Garrard when restored, put into a heavy plinth, and given a quality tonearm. The starting Lenco turntables are not very expensive, but it's a lot of work restoring them. For those with less time, there are people selling restored Lencos. 6moons had a review of one from PTP audio recently and was quite complimentary. PTP is located in Belgium, so it might be possible for you to give it a listen to see if offers anything you like compared to your current turntable.
