Intriguing music, requires some attention but well worth it.

Interesting Tony!

Mahler - Symphony No. 4 (arr. Erwin Stein
Ferruccio Busoni - Berceuse élégiaque (arr; Erwin Stein
Oxalys

CD 4 from this box:

Excellent, with terrific sound.
Playing these orchestral pieces with a chamber ensemble gives a clarity and transparency that I adore.

Haydn - Lipatti - Mozart - Lignes Parallèles
Les Metamorphoses, Raphaël Feye
Julien Libeer, Chris Maene Straight Strung Grand Piano

Recorded last year in our beloved Brugge concertgebouw.
The piano has a powerful, well defined sound.
Libeer had the honour of playing it on the official introduction which we attended.
He is a top musician.

This is a wonderful album, with old warhorses, but also a work from 20th century composer Lipatti, in the classical tradition.
