How many niagara 5000/7000s do you have? I counted 3 in the pics but I think you have another one or two behind your subwoofer?

substance, I have three 5000's, one for each 1.25KW, each with dedicated 20 amp line. You see them in the pics on the floor. Nothing behind the sub.

The Niagara in the pic that is in the cabinet is a 7000. All the main gear (D1100, MCD1100, MVP881 BR) have Dragon Source power cords and the 7000 has a Dragon HC going to a dedicated 20 amp line located behind the main cabinet. All lines run with no.10 wire coming straight out of fuse box.

One of the terrific features about Mac gear is its relative inexpensiveness compared to other gear. Take the D1100 (7,500.00). It's a great piece with stock cords and IC's. But supplement with topline Wel Signature AQ silver IC's, Dragon power cords, Niagara power conditioner, and last but not least the new Wilson Pedestals and it is transformed.

The Pedestals seem to be made for Mac gear in mind. No need to remove the footers. Mac footers are 1" in height. They slide right under and raise the unit less than .25". The Pedestals provide amazing compliance. When you push down on a corner and release you can feel the unit compress and release and all vibration vanishes. And honestly, there was essentially zero vibration to begin with, but I really like'em. Just gives you that extra measure of isolation.

Best

Charles

V7Sport, thank you so much! I have just posted more pic under "Charles System" in Member System Forum. I don't have the bass turned up at all but the bass power this system has when the bass is there is phenomenal. Again, thanks for you comment.

Best

Charles
