Default Dynaudio C1 Sigs in Bordeaux - wonderful ....

With all this Dynaudio love going on, I could not resist and picked up a pair of C1 Sigs in Bordeaux. They look and sound awesome. I fell asleep playing music last night and woke up an hour or so later when a song I love came on the stereo. I am thinking to myself, this sounds awesome. My TADs and CJ Pr.350 sound wonderful tonight, something must be breaking in for the better. Then it hit me, I was playing the C1's. OMG! Talk about being a little embarrassed, and they are not even broken in themselves yet. I can only imagine the 911's on them.

Joe, how do you control the volume? You don't have any preamp listed...

Everything is FULL volume.

I am in between preamps at the moment. I run my Sonos into my DAC2X and the dac straight to my amp. The Sonos allows volume control for streaming music and music stored on my computer. It actually works very well.

How come you don't have the 077 anymore? Think you can find a better match for the 911s?

I sold the 077 with the intention of getting the 111, but put that idea on hold for a while. I might be going in a different direction. I absolutely LOVE my EMM Labs DAC2X. It is simply amazing.

C1 Signatures are quite beautiful and sound awesome!
They really do outperform their asking price by a mile too

Joe, I am very happy for you. Glad to hear you are pleased with the C1's right out of the gate. I cannot wait to hear what you think as they begin to open up.
