1. Placing Rollerblock JR's under the MCD, MDA and MEN220 were absolutely musical and made the various instruments to seemingly float in the air.
2. When I placed the Ultra Padz under the C500C and C500P, detail and instrument placing on the black screen was somewhat sharper and stage location was easy to identify. 3. Replacing the Ultra Padz with RB JR's under the Preamp was only subtle with a slight advantage to the RB's over the Padz (IMHO) 4. The Ultra Padz under the 1.2KW's surprised me. I was a cautious skeptic. My first selection was a Norah Jones song which had a subtle bell or triangle in the background that I had never heard before. My next selection was a piano piece by Ann Sweeten that absolutely thrilled me with its realism. The Amps seemed to provide a more solid clarity to background instruments allowing me to easily pinpoint the location of each instrument on the stage. Beside all this, I like the way the handles and faceplate on the 1.2KW's look with their new rectangular feet.  For me, the order of most dramatic improvement: 1.Source 2 Preamp 3.Amps I really think the improvement was very cost effective and I am very comfortable in giving these tweaks a high recommendation.

I have to admit I'm a skeptic on some of these tweaks but I sure seem to hear positive reviews here. I may one day try some feet but I have some higher priorities at the moment (speaker cables, certain IC's, possibly power cords, etc).
