For a few years I really liked Zaino, but started using other polishes. Lately I've been using Menzerna.

For our NH climate I have had good luck with using Chemical Guys JetSeal Sealant topped with Collonite Insulator Wax. Before applying sealant or wax I prep the vehicle using McKee's 37 Xtreme Iron Remover, wash, and rub down with a Nanoskin Autoscrub Speedy Prep Sponge/Nanoskin Glide Instant Detail Spray Lubricant.
