Default 3 power Cords - Where to Stick'em

Alright I have 1 Golden Reference PC and 2 more on the way.

I believe conventional wisdom would dictate.. First and formost the Source, then the Pre.. followed by the AMP.. Well at least Conventional wisdom being what my dealer exbounded upon me.

However... Currently I have 3 items plugged into sockets... 1 sub, 1 amp, and 1 power conditioner that power's everything else (Plasma, Cable, MC205, xbox etc..).

Without actually trying out all my options... I'm thinking I should put them on my Sub, AMP and powerconditioner... So all power has to travel through the Golden References Cords, and very likely cleaning (of sorts) the power as it were for everything, and helping to diminish whatever ground loop issues I'm still contending with?

What do you guys think? Or what would you do?

Sub/Amp/Power Conditioner. Then when the other two cords arrive-take the cords from the Amp/Power Conditioner and put them on the Source/Pre...then put the new ones on the Amp/Power conditioner.

Takes a long time to break in a power cable on a source-much faster on an amp.

Always start with the higher power items and the main entry (power conditioner).

Guys that is great info. I never would've thought about it like that. Break it in on the sub, amp, then move it to where you most likely really want to start with the source and pre. Great and makes sense to me

I heard a significant improvement when I added my Transparent Reference Cords to my 1,2k's, very little on pre and sources.
