Such a classic it's cliched to play it. But that's because it's so good. Vinyl copy is sounding nice.

Kurt Elling - The Questions
Qobuz 24/96




With Branford Marsalis.
We saw them last year live together.
Very agreeable, especially the splendid Marsalis.

On this album, Elling's voice is quite dry and plain.
Branford Marsalis is great, as is the fantastic drummer Jef "Tain" Watts, but they can't save the album for me.
