As it turned out, I had an older version of the Conductor app. I deleted it and loaded the new version.

It works like a charm.

Excellent customer service from Aurender.

I have the feeling the latest Aurender software has improved the overall performance of my N100H, difference is subtle, but it seems soundstage/placement have improved.

The MQA license (second unfold) works a treat, agree with Dan's findings earlier in this thread. Only downside is that the conductor app now shows the fully MQA developed specs of the file, but the DAC shows the real specs (second unfold only)of the stream. Hopefully Aurender can fix this in a firmware update.

I finally got a chance to really listen yesterday to MQA going from my N10 to my Berkeley MQA DAC and for me, what I have listened to sounds much better than Tidal streamed at CD quality. I compared Bob James "The New Cool" from CD quality to MQA quality and my wife thought they were different songs since the MQA file had so much more music on it. You can call me a MQA addict now since I keep searching Tidal for more great recordings that I like. My main problem with Tidal MQA is that most of the music is not to my taste but they do keep putting on more new music. At first I purchased Tidal to sample music, to buy, and now with MQA I actually enjoy listening to the music.

I agree the software update kicked everything up a notch on my N100. Thank you Aurender.

Enjoying on my N100H as well. Even with just the first unfold it sounds the same as my hirez downloads so I'm good. I may update my dac when/if the update is available and after I buy a new TT so I don't miss the DAC while it's gone. LOL!
