Generally speaking we have two lines of power conditioners. The Venom products which are our price/performance products and the Hydra Series which are our reference level products.

The primary difference, although not the only difference between the Venom and Hydra series are the patented NICs in the Hydra products. The NICs are very expensive to produce which explains the price difference between the two series.

The HYDRA AV is very similar to the TRITON except it was designed to be compact and fit behind a cabinet. It uses smaller NICs than the Triton.

The VENOM MPC-12 has 12 outlets that are similar to the VENOM PS8 with the addition of surge protection and MPDA noise reduction with 6 of the outlets electrically isolated from the other bank with the tech from the HYDRA DPC-6. MPC means "media power center" and is intended for complex computer or music server based music systems.

If you have a computer/server music system you should get the MPC-12. The functional equivalent in our reference series would be the TRION and the DPC-6 at a much higher cost.

Any plans to release the MPC-12 in Europe?
Thanks
