would it be easier to buy 8 shelf cms or scuttle rack and relocate everything to that corner except for amp and speakers? just run one long balanced to mephisto, and one long pc to your conditioner if no power outlets in that corner.

Interesting idea..
Doh,, the longest IC I have is tuned for low impedance. The ARC would need Hi-Z.

But I figure it out. How to do it without having to buying new racks. Thanks.

This is what I have dreamed to have.
But it cost too much.

Yes, that's my notion as well. Move as much as possible to the rear area, with longer cabling balanced from linestage to amp. Short cable from phono to linestage is preferred. (i run 7m from ARC linestage to amp with no problem.) Dedicated circuit(s) to back corner and behind amp; that may eliminate the need for a power conditioner. Electrical work could be much less than a long power cord. Maybe move some of those racks/stands between the speakers to the back area as temporary support?

+1

I also keep all of the front end equipments away from speakers and use 9mt XLR between preamp and mono power amps w/o a problem.

Yes it's right in front of the Intercontinental hotel.

You have to stay at least a couple of days in Bangkok. I really enjoyed the city and I'd love to go back. There are many places to visit as the city is very large and it is very different from places to places. Even the malls are a must-see. I didn't expect Bangkok to be the shopping paradise it is.

Thai people are amongst the nicest and I felt very welcomed everywhere. The best part is that they have one of the best cuisine in the world. I've rarely eaten so well and I haven't had a bad experience.

Meeting Toga and Ron was the icing on the cake. We had a great time together and I was sad to leave.

Hope you had a great time in Phuget.

Ok back to my analog rig.
i know it look like a fool. But my first table will be 20$ IKEA table.
The size and functionality is just right.
With phono stage+CMS sapphire board on the lower shelf. And SRA ohio XL+TT on top shelf.

In two years time, it will be replaced. With everything that I have to pay for new analog set up,
Expensive rack is out of equation.

My audio rack is an ikea... I haven't been able to find what I was looking for with audiophile racks.

I've put marble slabs under my gear and I'm happy with it. I guess I could do better but it is getting expensive
