Thanks for all the input.
Minor nitpick, The Gigafoil V4 is a filter/noise reducer not a switch. It’s breaks the copper line of Ethernet inside into a fiber connection and reconfigures it back to copper/ ethernet. The concept being it strips the Ethernet signal of noise riding the wire.

It is digital 2.0 and not necessary to get started with your HiFi Rose If you are going to install a Gigafoil, best practice is to power it with a low noise linear power supply. Many use a Keces P3 or like product.

Craig - thanks for the correction.
Was not able to find a Keces P3, so picked up an iFi 5vdc linear power supply.

Making progress. Running Quboz. Now to get Roon and streaming radio to work.
EDIT: And, it sounds pretty good.

If nothing else, the RS150 gives my McIntosh tube gear some nice meters.

The RS150B has so many features, it’s essentially the Swiss army version of streaming DACs.

Glenn, matching meters for the retro Mac.

Streaming Fleetwood Mac's "Rumors" (hirez) thru the RS150. I had been somewhat 'underwhelmed' with the SQ thru the RS150. Good, but not great. But, my Shunyata Delta NR power cable arrived today and it immediately made a very big improvement. Easily the largest improvement I've had with a power cable upgrade. Perhaps digital is more in need of clean power than is analog. Makes me wonder if a higher-end Shunyata cable would make even more of an improvement?!? Expensive thinking.................. but, I'm very pleased with the result.

Did the Shunyata Delta replace WW Silver series 7?

Has the HiFi Rose interface been operating without any issue?

No. I'm running the WW on the preamp & amp. But, time to move on. My Hifi Rose dealer suggested the Shunyata and it has great reviews for digital gear. The reviews were right by my ears.

Not sure I can say as of yet. It is doing what I ask, but I'm still learning and will be another week before I have the opportunity to get back into it when I start "Rooning". I'm not spending much effort trying to learn the Hifi Rose system as it does fine with Qobuz and am planning/hoping that Roon will take over all the Hifi Rose functionality so I won't need to get deep into both apps.

Thank you Glenn. I am on the fence and watching your reviews for some unbiased insight. Before the Shunyata were you using the HiFi Rose OEM PC? I see you have two PCs in the marketplace, watching those, too.
