Default B&W 802 D3 vs Paradigm Persona 5F

Has anyone heard a direct comparison between the two? I have read the reviews, and my takeaway is that the 5F compares favorably to the 802 D3 but the latter is better. Is the difference subtle or pronounced or more a matter of preference? Is there enough bass in the 5F? I have owned both bookshelf versions so I am familiar with the sound.
I will be getting one of the two, so any input would be very helpful.

I reviewed the 5F quite favorably but it did not make me swap out my 802D3s for them.

Would you have swapped out if you owned the 5F before reviewing the 802 D3?

I have heard both and as much as I wanted to like the paradigm, I still felt that the 802D3 was better.
