Three more Teams could join the Bruins and Canucks tonight as some more series could end.

Well the Wing's did sweep the Jacket's but it was not as easy as the first 3 games. Now they have to wait to see which team in the Pacific time zone they will play next. Makes for long nights.

Yeah, but it beats the alternative! I was very surprised when Versus cut in and saw the score was 5-5, must have been up and down all game. Leave it to the Mule to come through though!

There was a point in the late second period where Osgood seems to have hurt himself and was having problems moving in the net and they did score. I though after Columbus tied it at 3 and Detroit scored two quick goals to go up 5-3 it was over, but they got a good goal and the fans were back into it. Detroit had most of the good chances after it was tied at 5. Columbus never quit.

Bring on Round 2! Still trying to decide if last night was an epic comeback by Carolina or epic disintegration by the Devils. Your Wings may have their hands full with the Ducks. Going to be interesting to see how rusty the B's and Wings are during the first game given the long rest between rounds. There may be a dark side to sweeping and getting out of a round early.

That is a concern around Detroit. I hope they can hold serve in Detroit and steal one on the west coast. Anaheim is playing good an their goalie is hot. I am recording the game and will start watching about 45 minutes into the game so I can skip commercials. This usually lets me catch up early in the 3rd period.

Very good game between the Wings and Ducks last night. The Wings looked very rusty for the first two periods after the week layoff. It looked like it was going to sudden death OT until Lindstrom picked up his second goal of the night with about 40 seconds to go. the Bruins had a much easier time with the Hurricanes. Looking forward to Sunday.

Triple overtime was exciting. Almost a deflation when the Ducks scored. Ozzie looked solid most of the way though. Let's not even talk about the Bruins. Total lack of energy and jump.
