Default 5/16” spade on current Mc terminals?

Might be a dumb question, but....
Will a 5/16” spade fit current Mc speaker terminals?
Thx

Not sure as I always used banana plugs as I find speaker binding posts too close together for spades.

funny you ask, I was just going through this with larger spades. I thought they didn't fit but on my mc402, there's a cutout on the first locking nut that fits it perfectly, and I just measured, mine spades are 1/2 inch from outer end to outer end, and 5/16 on the inner portion. Fits like a charm but again, it could depend on your amp. I use them on my REL subwoofer cables

Update and FYI...
The 5/16” fork works perfect with the new Mc speaker terminals.
