I loved how the Orangutan speakers had two different finish colors/woods combined in the one speaker. If they had a tasteful grill to hide the cones/surrounds that would be good. I don't like looking at speaker drivers.

well there you have it....I thought the Orangutan speakers were quite a bit better looking and in a better sized footprint than the Shindo speakers, so add the grills and the DeVores get an A+ in the cosmetics department. Also, I thought it was awfully cool that the owner of In Living Stereo started the conversation praising Matt from Pitch Perfect Audio ...first class all the way (as I live on the West Coast and was visiting the part of NYC his new location is in).

@Matt - I sent you a PM a few days ago. I'd be grateful if you checked for my message.
Cheers Andy

I was very happy with my experience at In Living Stereo too. Does anyone know if the new location is up and running yet? The website has been rather quiet.

Can any of you orangutan owners offer some more input on these speakers? While I don't have a Shinto set up, I do have a leben. Would love to read more... Thanks
