Default Kubala-Sosna Elation! & Emotion PC's & Emotion XLR -- am I about to be in trouble???
My authorized K-S dealer sent me some K-S demo cables which are thoroughly broken in & consist of one Elation! PC (for the MCD500) and 2 Emotion PC's for the MC2301's and a Emotion XLR (also for the MCD500).

Received them today but due to home improvements (painters today); been too busy to do anything but open the box; verify the contents, look them over and put them back.

Plan to install a cable at a time begining w/the Elation! PC on the MCD500 on Sunday & auditioning. At $6K it will be interesting to hear it in the system considering the alcolades these cables have received in the recent year.

So, after Sunday's auditioning -- do you think I'll be in trouble?

Personally, I have yet to hear any better exotic PC than a WW Silver Electra. Period. Bang for the buck (and quite frankly, EXPLOSION for the buck compared so some of these other cabling folks), nothing will touch the WW.

Have your wife do a DOUBLE-BLIND test with you and the WW vs. KS.

The latter is exactly what I was thinking as my audio bud is unavailable this weekend. My wife loves to do A/B'ing -- it's like a quiz to her.

Based on previous PC's, disagree on the WW (which I'm using now -- SE 5.2's). They are great PC's & will find out how good they are on Sunday -- which makes this loaner stuff just ideal.
