Default MC611 Club

Guys here is the start of the MC611 Club. I am new to this but extremely excited to a part of such a great group of audio lovers! Would love to get as many people to join as possible. Below is a picture of my current rack set up. I will be connecting all my gear this weekend and will report back on how it all sounds. Thank you for reading and joining in on the fun

Looks great! I just purchased 2 - MC611's myself and should be here in a couple weeks.

Which audio rack do you have? Looks like carbon shelf?

Thanks
Mike

that looks like a solidsteel rack, though I don't recognize his shelves, maybe a discontinued style... but I'm actually impressed at the weight bearing going on here... as I have the same system (effectively) and the weight I'm asking mine to carry is significantly less as I've only got the one amp... he's got that thing carrying 3? plus a rather heavy preamp? all that sitting on those 4 little points of contact at the bottom!

When I asked SolidSteel about my setup, they said it was just barely with in tolerance for their approved weight on the HF-4..

Impressive how much those little points can handle!

Congrats! Very nice!
I also recently added 611s and B&W 802D3. Love the combination.
I am currently have the Marantz 8805A as preamp for music and movies. Next step is to add a good preamp for 2 channels which also has a HT passthrough, and am looking at either the C52 or C2600.

Beautiful!!! Looks great man. I’m jealous of the 802’s. I wish I could have went with them but unfortunately they wouldn’t fit in my space. How are you liking it so far?

Thanks! Love the 802d3...and paired with 611s, it seems my room expands with greater sound stage, clarity and presence. Music nirvana

I love your Basso Continuo stands...they are gorgeous with the MACs

Looks great! I was leaning towards the 802 but the wife like the looks of the Focal Kanta better and since the term happy wife happy ect... I went with the kanta2 without hearing them. They showed up Friday afternoon and Friday Evening I found out the Kanta3 was released so I trying to exchange and hope for the best.
