Default Mid Autumn Festival

This week was the Mid Autumn Festival with lanterns a must for all the kids. I snapped a few of the more professional looking lanterns on offer. Camera was a Nikon D200 and all I used was a 50mm F1.4 since I didn't want to bother with flashes and large wide angle lenses. Most were shot on ISO 400 at F1.4.

Howie, great pics. I have fond memories of people visiting Victoria park the night of festival. We took our Russian neighbors out the other night to celebrate at a local Chinese restaurant and they enjoyed it greatly.

Howie has been MIA during the Mid Autumn Festival period. Either spending time with the family or preparing for the arrival of the balance of the new gear.
