I love mine. Push the button, walk away, come back in 10 minutes and play a clean, quiet record!

I just watched a video on YouTube and the thing made these loud squealing and flushing sounds.

Is that indicative of all of them?

The squealing sound is due to the rubber wipes being beyond life. The are user replaceable. The flushing noise may be after the wash cycle as it is emptying the tank.

I just talked to what I call "I don't give a F@&k" dealers. Guys who do it for fun not to make money.

Both said the KL Audio machine is the better machine.

Default Another Audio Desk

It seems there’s another revision to the ADS vinyl cleaner pro coming this year in 2019.

Whilst perusing the latest Stereophile issue, i noticed a small ad in the back from the US distributor with the headline “2019’s Big Reveal: DEEP BLACK”. It goes on to bullet: new enhanced cleaning and drying, high performance black wipers, Quick LP release, quieter drying. But, no mention of the new 7” optional attachments.

I googled for more info and found nothing else about it.

I was about to refresh some of the parts on my older Pro unit — now I may wait to find out more about this.

Anyone else see this?

Good catch. Thanks for the update.

I noticed this bit at Cable Company site:

"White blades are for 2018 and earlier models. Black blades are for 2019 and later models. ... These are NOT interchangeable." They reference the model they are selling today as the "2018 Vinyl Cleaner Pro.

Whether you use this model or not, credit goes to Reiner Gläss for his innovation of the desktop model with ultrasonics as well as continuous improvement.

^ Yes noticed the ad, too. Curious about the $$ difference, which I am sure there will be.

I see that there is some more info about the 2019 revisions. The MSRP seems to be unchanged. Here is the (still very general) info copied and pasted from the US distributors online store:

The 2019 Vinyl Cleaner PRO is the latest upgraded version of the award-winning ultrasonic LP cleaning system.

Incorporating eight years of evolutionary enhancements in addition to important upgrades to internal component parts, the 2019 Vinyl Cleaner PRO offers better features and performance, and also promises better reliability.

Features of the 2019 Vinyl Cleaner PRO include:

- Enhanced cleaning and drying including new high-performance Black Wipers.
- Quick release of LP at end of drying cycle.
- Quieter running thanks to new fans.

The Vinyl Cleaner PRO is now available in Gray or Black standard finishes and also offered in upgrade white and red finishes for an extra $99.
