No, I'm not in the market for momentum amps!! I'm actually attempting to publicly persuade myself of the matter. Would you mind telling me the sonic differences you experienced between the M1.2 & the Momentums?

Talk to me about your Alexia's. What Wilson's did you own prior? I've got 1st Generation Sasha's & am considering upgrading. I think the Alexia 1s or the Sasha 2s are the options at the moment. Any thoughts?

I won't go so far to say the Alexia Series 2 is a totally different speaker than the original, but the differences are genuinely significant - easily enough to give (very) serious consideration. Otherwise I might be tempted by the Sasha DAW over the Alexia 1.

I had Sasha one's, then two's, and now Alexia 1. Each one was a big upgrade. The Sasha 2 is a definite upgrade over the one, in terms of the sound quality. It has a lot better tweeter-to-midrange integration and sounds more cohesive in that critical range. I never thought anything was wrong with the Sasha one tweeter until I heard that new silk dome, but it's much more refined.

The Alexia is yet another bump up, with the same strengths and sound as the Sasha 2 but with greater scale and soundstage. To me, it kind of wraps all around you. I never got that from the Sasha 2 in the same sense.

I've heard Alexia 2 but I am not feeling there is enough of an improvement there to warrant an upgrade at this time.
